It's a state where tasks seem harder, our concentration wanes and all we can think about is rest or sleep.<\/p>\n<p>We are no longer so confident in our life functions. How does our heart behave when we are tired? What are other signs of being tired? Is it possible to learn about changes in a person's energy levels to the extent that we know how much they are spending during a night or day rest, so that we can predict when fatigue is
